Nature Movement Challenge
Have you ever noticed how Nature dances? The beautiful movement in Nature inspires us to choreograph dance moves in this video. We invite you to follow our dancers to dance. This is a good chance to exercise at home and sharpen your dancing skill! Through dancing, it helps open your heart and enhance the interaction between people.
Before the challenge:
- Find a safe place where you can stretch your arms and legs
- Do some simple warmups
When dancing:
- Don’t force yourself to do difficult moves
- Beware not to get hurt. Safety always comes first
