We invite you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and follow our certified Zentangle instructor to refresh yourself by some simple grounding exercises and creating Zentangle art inspired by Nature. The series is composed by 4 parts, which we recommend you to take 15 minutes to enjoy one part per day. At the end of the journey, you will have a completed Zentangle tile and a mind at ease.
